Pamela Talkin is a former Marshal of the United States Supreme Court and the first woman to hold this position. Talkin earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in Spanish from the City University of New York at Brooklyn College. She has done postgraduate work at the City University of New York and at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
