Kalon Hayward, a rising senior majoring in Theatre Performance at Fordham University, was one of hundreds of aspiring actors and actresses to audition for the British American Drama Academy’s Midsummer in Oxford program…but he was one of only about twenty students to earn the honor.
The program concentrates on classical acting with a focus on Shakespeare. At Oxford, Kalon will take classes from leading British and American actors and directors. He will also attend several shows and participate in other cultural excursions. The Abramson Scholarship Foundation and its supporters are extremely happy to help enable Kalon to take advantage of this unique opportunity and to support him in this endeavor.
