The Abramson Scholarship Foundation’s Board of Directors is comprised of members of the District of Columbia’s legal, business, non-profit and other professional communities. While a majority of the Board members have legal backgrounds, the Board has become occupationally more diverse in recent years. The Board of Directors meets quarterly to discuss and vote on the business of the Foundation. All members of the Board of Directors are expected to contribute financially to the Foundation.
